The teaching of yoga was practiced in India around 3000 years ago to change inner perception and holistic body awareness. Today I offer yoga courses in different styles and levels. Regular yoga courses and personal support promote your well-being and mindfulness. Your Health is important to me. I look forward to seeing you!
